2. Our first opinion is free. Show us the device and we will tell you what we think of it.
3. If an in-depth diagnosis is needed, its price is fixed:

   • Smartphone€20
   • Tablet, console or printer€40
   • Computer or hard drive€60

   You are told the price before we keep the device. If you accept the repair, it is deducted.
4. No repair is started without your approval. You are told the price of the repair before it begins, and you decide.
