    You decide, at every step

You know what the diagnosis costs before we keep your device.

    1. Walk in without an appointment.

A technician sees you during opening hours and tells you what the next step is.

    2. Show us the device.

A technician looks at it with you and tells you what they think.

    3. You know the price of the diagnosis before you leave the device.

It is included in our Tandem and Tech Club plans. Otherwise, its price depends on the device, and it is refunded if the repair goes ahead.

    4. No repair is started without your approval.

You are told the price of the repair before it begins, and you decide.
