You decide, at every step

1. Walk in without an appointment. A technician sees you during opening hours and tells you what the next step is.
2. Show us the device. A technician looks at it with you and tells you what they think.
3. You know the price of the diagnosis before you leave the device:

   • Smartphone€20
   • Tablet, console or printer€40
   • Computer or hard drive€60

   It is included in our Tandem and Tech Club plans. Without a plan, it is refunded if the repair goes ahead.
4. No repair is started without your approval. You are told the price of the repair before it begins, and you decide.
