You decide, at every step

1. Walk in without an appointment. A technician sees you during opening hours and tells you what the next step is.
2. Show us the device. A technician looks at it with you and tells you what they think.
3. If an in-depth diagnosis is needed, its price is fixed:

   • Smartphone€20
   • Tablet, console or printer€40
   • Computer or hard drive€60

   You are told the price before we keep the device. If you accept the repair, it is deducted.
4. No repair is started without your approval. You are told the price of the repair before it begins, and you decide.
